The service
Ludingo offers free browser-based board games and logic puzzles. The service is provided “as is”: we work hard to keep it online, but we make no warranty of uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue features at any time.
Accounts
Creating an account is optional. If you register, provide accurate information and keep a single account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Acceptable use
Do not cheat, use bots or engines in games against other people, exploit bugs, harass other players, or otherwise disrupt matches. Do not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the service.
Intellectual property
The Ludingo name, logo, design, and site content belong to us. Game names such as “Tango”, “Queens”, and “Zip” reference popular puzzle formats made known by LinkedIn; Ludingo is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by LinkedIn, and all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ludingo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. The service is free of charge and you use it at your own risk.
Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last change shown above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes will be resolved before the competent Hungarian courts.
