Each row and column must contain an equal number of suns and moons. No three of the same symbol may sit next to each other. = between two cells forces them to match; × forces them to differ. Every puzzle has exactly one solution.

Yes. All 1,000 Ludingo Tango boards have exactly one solution and can be completed with pure deduction — the balance rule, the no-three rule and the =/× signs always leave at least one forced move available.

Yes — the board is fully touch-optimised and runs in any mobile browser, no app needed. Your current puzzle is saved locally, so you can leave and pick the same board up later.
